My Blog

I have recently been privileged to attend some workshops by Dr Pieter Rossouw on Neuroscience.
This has been an incredibly affirming time for me, realising that the work I have been doing with my clients is actually backed up by neuroscience.
Depression, memory and trauma are the areas I have covered and I find this has given me skills to work in these areas.   Depression is a neural network that has become entrenched and that needs work on breaking it down.
The wonderful thing is that the brain is able to change throughout our lives and so there is hope for everyone to have a more contented life.

I have also done working on Neuroscience and I was really interested to compare it with the data you got. Once they are being compiled they are sure to be something that will be worth of reading here.
